About Us

Bizmaker Domains, Inc is a Florida corporation located in Largo, on the states west coast. Bizmaker Domains, Inc owns and operates over 100 domains and websites. The majority stockholder is Onyx Oil Corp which has plans to take the company public through a reverse merger with an established public company in January, 2012.

The Company provides an array of tools and services and is a one-stop-shop for domain acquisition, website hosting, website templates, merchant services, marketing services and affiliate program recommendations.

For the past fourteen years principals of the Company have been developing ecommerce websites and companies and are currently structuring Bizmaker Domains, Inc for a major Internet push.

As an Executive Affiliate, we are currently sponsoring an outstanding program which focuses on teaching families how to keep their children safe through child protective education.

Harry Shields
has had an extensive background in the music and entertainment business. Beginning in southern Illinois, then Chicago in the mid 1960's, he went on to become a successful entertainer, recording artist, songwriter and record producer.

In the mid-to-late 80's Harry left the music industry to pursue a career in mergers & acquisition and later in mining exploration. In 1993, Harry and his brother Larry formed a hi-tech development company that Harry was President of until April of 1999.

For the past eleven years Harry has been heavily involved in Internet project development, ecommerce website publishing  and building Internet related private companies.

Sherry Shields
is secretary/treasurer of Bizmaker Domains, Inc. She started her work career in the mid-1960's as a legal assistant for a law firm in Southern Illinois. Sherry later worked in the Office of Administration for the Illinois Supreme Court in Springfield, Illinois. Through the years she has worked for various law firms and attorneys in Illinois and here in Florida.

Her experience in business first came in the early 1980's in her husband's music business in Nashville, Tennessee. In 1994, Sherry was a principal shareholder and office manager for a hi-tech medical and environmental technology company.

Sherry is the past President of The United Methodist Women, at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Largo, Florida. She held this position for six years and is currently an active member.

Sherry's 40+ years in the legal profession, in hi-tech business start-ups, and as Human Resources Manager for a Florida manufacturer, have earned her the credentials to be able to bring outstanding service to the Company.
